3. Services Description

POS Walla provides business management solutions including billing, inventory management, and reporting tools. You're responsible for:

  • Internet access required for initial setup
  • Device compatibility
  • Maintaining tax compliance (POS Walla is not responsible for compliance violations)

Subscriptions begin within 60 days of purchase. We reserve the right to modify this grace period.

4. Data Privacy & Ownership

4.1 Data Security

You're responsible for account security and must notify us immediately of unauthorized access. We implement industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute protection.

4.2 Data Ownership

You retain ownership of your business data. We only access content for service improvement and troubleshooting.

4.3 Permissions

POS Walla requires:

  • Camera: For document scanning
  • Storage: For saving documents and reports
  • Location (optional): For location-based services

5. Refund & Cancellation

  • 100% refund within 7 days of purchase (request via email)
  • Convenience fees are non-refundable
  • Manual renewal required - no automatic renewals

6. Communications

By using our services, you consent to receive transactional and promotional communications via email, SMS, or push notifications.
